Community Conduct
All members are expected to engage respectfully and in good faith. Harassment, hate speech, defamation, threats, or content that demeans any individual or group are strictly prohibited. Posts and comments must relate to the shared experience of the Punahou Class of 1976 community. Spam, commercial solicitation, and off-topic content will be removed. Repeated violations may result in account deactivation.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any original content you submit — stories, memories, comments, and photos. By posting, you grant this site a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content to other community members. You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit, including photographs of other individuals, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights. The site administrators reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Acceptable Use
You may not use this site to distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access to any system, harvest personal information, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with the Punahou community. Account credentials are personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Content Moderation
All user-generated content is submitted as a draft and becomes visible only after administrator review and approval. The site administrators have sole discretion to approve, withhold, edit for format, or remove any content at any time without prior notice. Removal of a single comment or post does not affect other contributions. Decisions by the administrators are final.
Limitation of Liability
This site is provided on an as-is basis by volunteer community administrators. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site administrators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any content posted by community members.
